Job Description

Regulatory Reporting – Senior Consultant

• Drive the requirements and Validation process for Business in the regulatory reporting domain.
• Experienced Product owner, leading a large-scale Business/technology transformation project and successfully implementing it.
• Experience in the Indonesian central bank regulatory reporting OJK, PPATK (Indonesian Financial transaction reporting), and LPS is mandatory.
• Experience in defining and driving strategy and approach for implementation, migration, change management, testing, deployment and parallel run.
• Experience of FO, MO and MO workflows and processes in conjunction with reviewing system redundancies and performing gap analysis.
• Create test cases to ensure that all business-related functions and requirements are included in respective test phases.
• Interface with business users and act as a bridge between Tech and the business; and
• Ensure that business requirements are translated to tech deliverables (technical/ data implementation focus).
• Perform gap analysis and create FRDs (functional requirement documentation), interviewing users and creating current & target state business process flows
• Formalize the business requirements (JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Drafting, reviewing and formalizing test cases (approved by the Business) and executing the delivery plan
• Technically competent in REGLA reporting, SQL is a must.
• Work closely with developers and contribute to solution design
• Extensive product knowledge across asset classes encompassing financial instruments and trade life cycle
• Experience implementing trade STP (straight through processing) having multiple source platforms
• Experience working in a regulatory reporting environment covering LBUBasel, IFROS, GOAML, and LPS reports for Indonesian regulators for more than ten years is required
• Experienced working in data querying tools, REGLA, SQL
• Post implementation, provide end user support and involvement in ongoing releases such as enhancements or rule changes
• Management of change requests, updates to rule logic, support the development, testing and reviews during SIT, UAT and go-live in Production
• Drive and improve front to back operational efficiencies
