Sie werden Teil unseres Professional‑Services‑Teams und leiten anspruchsvolle GIS‑Projekte für Kunden der öffentlichen Verwaltung und Wirtschaft. Dabei verantworten Sie die Einführung und Anpassung unserer Lösungen - von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme.

Die Aufgaben der Stelle umfassen:

Projektleitung von GIS‑Implementierungen

• Verantwortung für Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung komplexer Einführungs‑ und Migrationsprojekte im GIS‑/Fachverfahrensumfeld

• Koordination interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie Steuerung von Terminen, Budget, Risiken und Entscheidungswegen

Fachliche Beratung & Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden

• Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen aus Bereichen der öffentlichen Verwaltung, von Unternehmen mit einem Schwerpunkt bei Versorgern oder Infrastrukturmanagement und Entwicklung geeigneter Lösungsansätze

• Durchführung von Workshops, Präsentationen und Abstimmungen mit IT‑ und Fachbereichen sowie fachliche Unterstützung des Vertriebs in frühen Projektphasen (ohne Verkaufsverantwortung)

Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen & Lösungen

• Management von Change Requests und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen innerhalb bestehender Fachverfahren

• Einbringen projektübergreifender Erfahrungen zur Verbesserung unserer Methoden, Abläufe und Produkte im Professional‑Services‑Umfeld
