Senior Consultants lead highly complex projects and phases of complex projects for a business unit, department, or functional area. The ideal candidate is an experienced IT professional who has the soft skills to navigate competing stakeholder interests, motivate a highly capable delivery team, and implement a quality solution in a timely, predictable manner.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, training, and closure.

• Gather, organize, analyze, and report information in support of projects to improve profitability, reduce costs, and streamline operations.

• Ensure that the project achieves the expected results within time and on budget.

• Maintain project documentation and prepare activity reports on the project's status, timeline, and budgets.

• Ensure effective ongoing communication throughout the project.

• Meet with key project leads and stakeholders to coordinate meetings, assignments, and deadlines.

• Communicate changes to appropriate parties, identify issues, and resolve or escalate as needed.

• Ability to define objectives, scope, resources, and KPIs for projects.
