Who You Are

Formación :

Grado, Licenciatura o Ingeniería Superior en Ingeniería Industrial.

Idiomas :

Inglés nivel C1.

Experiencia Profesional

+10 liderando proyectos de optimización y automatización de procesos en entornos industriales y regulados.

Experto en diseño e implementación de arquitecturas de procesos orientadas a eficiencia y alineadas con objetivos estratégicos.

Dominio del ciclo completo del proceso: diagnóstico, rediseño, modelado (BPMN, SysML, UML o similares), automatización y mejora continua.

Liderazgo en iniciativas de transformación digital e hiperautomatización con herramientas como Bizagi, UiPath, Power Platform, SAP y MES.

Enfoque consultivo y estratégico, trabajando con stakeholders de alto nivel para integrar procesos, tecnología y cultura organizacional.

Conocimientos Principales :

Modelado BPMN y herramientas como Bizagi, Visio, Signavio, Creatio, ProcessMarker o similares

Automatización RPA (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism o similares) e integración con ERP (SAP, Oracle, Siebel).

Minería de procesos (Celonis, UiPath, ProcessMind, Minit).

Metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).

Metodologías de mejora continua : Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC y reingeniería de procesos.

Gobernanza de procesos, definición de KPIs y gestión del cambio.

Capacidad analítica para identificar cuellos de botella, evaluar ROI y definir hojas de ruta de automatización.

Certificaciones valorables

BPM, RPA, Process Mining, Inteligencia Artificial, Gestión y Análisis de Datos, Metodologías Ágiles.

Requisitos de seguridad

Participación en Proyecto con requerimientos en Habilitación HSEM, HSES, OTAN, EUCI, ETC....
