Senior Consultant - Master Data Governance (MDG) - Germany

About your role

As a MDG senior consultant, your role will include the following;

• Uystem/ application owners and technical teams on topics around compliance, secunderstand the data governance framework, and their relevance for the businesses.
• Advise our clients on the data governance strategy that ensures quality, consistency and security of the data
• Identify business cases for MDG which can positively contribute to the clients’ topline/ cost reduction by achieving single customer view.
• Lead large teams comprising experts in different domains and technologies to provide a single point of contact for the client in terms of design, delivery and support.
• Visualise the processes which can help us create client specific offerings around data consolidation, data cleansing and data governance.
• Steer the clients in selecting the relevant technologies and showcase expertise in one or more technologies around MDG, integrations, ERP and CRM.
• Support the srity and reliability.

Requirements:
• Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilienc
• Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel
• Are an application/ domain expert, who can lead workshops, works in a matrix team structure, and assume front end roles at client locations
• Can advise clients on the MDG vision, data standards and data governance organization
• Are a trusted advisor to the client to implement and enhance their data governance program and roadmap
• Have expertise on Master data topics around Finance, Customer, Supplier and Material data
• Are a technology enthusiast to complement the business domain expertise
• Have extensive industry experience in CPG & Retail
• Have consulting experience in MDG in SAP or other MDG products, design and / or delivery
• Have experience of working with multi-cultural teams across multi locations
• Can manage business stakeholders – Change Management, Process improvements
• Have excellent organisational and analytical skills along with a sound technical understanding
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills
