Our tasks focus on complex transformation projects:
• Advanced development of industry-specific business and process models with a focus on digital transformation, Industry 4.0 and IoT
• Support in the development and implementation of integrated IT strategies and the corresponding supporting processes (Procurement, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, HR, etc.)
• Analysis and optimization of organizational structures and governance processes
• Establishment and introduction of management tools and systems
• Process organization in the field of IT organization
• Project and program management using traditional and agile methods
Who you are:
Are you an analytical thinker with strong social and communication skills, are curious and enjoy working as a team player? In addition to a high degree of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial can-do mentality, you possess the following distinguishing qualities:
• Passion for digitalization issues and information technology
• Outstanding University Degree (Master’s, MBA, PhD)
• Ideally, two years of professional experience in the advisory field and / or relative project experience
• Strategic mindset
• Excellent understanding of core commercial processes
• Sound knowledge of common consulting methods and tools, ideally project management (e.g. PMP / Prince 2, SCRUM) and IT management certificates (e.g. ITIL, Cobit)
• Innovativeness and willingness to take responsibility
• Consultant-typical willingness to travel
• Business Fluent in German and English, other languages are an advantage (e.g. Chinese)
