Senior Consultant - IT Business Analyst with German

Sopra Steria Bulgaria is the service and competence centre of the Sopra Steria Group. Our company integrates easily into partners' processes, acting as an organic extension of Sopra Steria Germany Industries. We have worked with customers in the DACH region for nearly 10 years.

• Collaborate with client business departments to understand their business needs and subsequently translate them into user stories / functional specifications

• Analyse complex requirements, organizations, and business processes to derive suitable target solutions

• Gather and document business requirements by conducting stakeholder meetings and workshops

• Analyse existing processes to identify the functional gap between the current (as-is) and future (target) processes

• Document business processes and system functional behaviour

• Participate in the testing and validation of delivered solutions, ensuring that they meet the defined target and quality standards

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst within software development projects

• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills for an equally pragmatical and goal-oriented approach

• You are familiar with agile methodologies and worked in agile teams acting as an interface between customers and developers

• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders’ expectations with strong customer focus

• Good command of the German language (level C)
