We’re now looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Management Consulting team – someone analytical, collaborative, and ready to take ownership of their work. In this role you will: Support high-impact consulting projects across public and private sectors, focusing on performanc e improvement , processes optimization, strategy , and policy development . Your work will involve gathering and analysing data, conducting research, preparing reports and presentations, participating in client meetings, and helping ensure smooth project delivery. Contribute to proposal development, project planning, and day-to-day coordination of project tasks. Participate in meetings and workshops with high-profile clients and stakeholders to present findings and develop solutions. Collaborate with colleagues across PwC’s network, including international teams and clients. Work on diverse projects where there’s rarely a ready-made answer – each client and problem is different, and your thinking will help shape the way forward. You are our perfect candidate if you: Have at least 2 -3 years of experience in consulting, project management, or related roles. Hold a university degree in economics, management, business administration, finance, political science, or a related field. Have strong research skills and enjoy working with text. Are a creative problem-solver who enjoys finding practical ways to improve business processes and make things work better. Have a proactive and positive attitude, a high sense of responsibility, and are curious and eager to learn new things. Have experience working with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word , . and are familiar with generative AI tools to enhance your work. Are fluent in English and Lithuanian. Our offer: The monthly gross base salary for this position ranges from 2100 to 3300 EUR . Actual compensation depends on candidate qualifications, skills, and performance.
