Senior Consultant - Identity Governance

Trilagen is on the lookout for a Senior Consultant - Identity Governance to join our innovative team. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading and managing Identity Governance projects, ensuring that our clients achieve optimal security and compliance in their identity management practices. You will leverage your extensive knowledge and experience in identity governance to assess current practices, recommend improvements, and implement effective solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client. Your strong analytical and strategic thinking skills will enable you to uncover actionable insights from complex data sets and industry trends. Working collaboratively with both clients and internal teams, you will help drive transformative change, enhancing operational efficiency while reducing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of robust Identity Governance strategies and solutions for clients.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing identity management frameworks and processes.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to client stakeholders, showcasing the business value of proposed changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement best practices in identity governance.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance to enhance their skills and project contributions.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to clients, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the engagement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in compliance regulations impacting identity governance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant consulting experience, with a strong focus on identity governance solutions.
• Proficiency with identity governance tools such as SailPoint, Okta, or similar platforms.
• Previous hands-on experience with security frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex information.
• Strong proficiency in various programming languages, including Java and Python.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing project teams.
• Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and methods.
• Certifications in identity governance, IT security, or project management would be advantageous.
