About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead client projects, taking charge of structuring and coordinating the activities of a team of consultants and/or associates to develop cohesive strategies in collaboration with the client. A key aspect of your role will be maintaining and strengthening client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted business advisor to mid-management levels within client organizations.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of consulting engagements, from scoping and hypothesis development to insight delivery and presentation.
Supervise and mentor a team of consultants/associates to build structured, evidence-backed strategies.
Act as the primary point of contact for senior clients; manage expectations, communicate insights clearly, and build trusted relationships.
Conduct high-quality primary and secondary research, market analysis, and benchmarking using a range of tools and sources.
Translate client challenges into structured problem statements and develop actionable, data-driven solutions and recommendations.
Manage multiple projects and stakeholder priorities concurrently in fast-paced settings.
Contribute to the development of intellectual capital, including whitepapers, articles, and points of view on emerging healthcare topics.
Maintain a strong understanding of local healthcare dynamics in India
Troubleshoot internal and external project challenges by proactively stepping in to resolve bottlenecks, realign delivery, and maintain client confidence and internal momentum.
Required Competencies
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for solving complex problems and creating actionable insights for clients.
This role requires someone who is curious, methodical, and able to think strategically—connecting dots between data, industry trends, and business impact. Strong client-handling skills, including communication, adaptability, and credibility in stakeholder interactions, are critical.
Required Skills and Qualifications
8–12 years of experience in consulting, advisory, strategy, or the healthcare industry.
Master’s degree in business administration, or related field. Clinical background (e.g., MBBS, BDS, BPharm, PhD) is a plus.
Willingness to learn/ experiment with, and quickly adapt new tools and technologies
Strong experience delivering strategic insights to senior clients in healthcare.
Analytical, communication (verbal and written), and project management skills.
Ability to independently drive workstreams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
Understanding of healthcare ecosystems in India.
Comfortable working across multiple time zones with distributed teams
Demonstrated domain knowledge in at least 2 of the following fields:
MedTech and imaging
Diagnostics and laboratory services
Investment strategy and due diligence of healthcare companies
Pharma and Biotech
Healthcare delivery and hospital strategy
Digital Health
Are Well-organized and detail-oriented
Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision
Can multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Are disciplined and adhere to high-quality standards
Is a strategic thinker; understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business
