we are looking for high-performing, innovative and enthusiastic consultants to join our team where you will assist clients in developing analytics and technology solutions that help them detect, monitor, and predict risk. You will be helping our clients to achieve their sustainability ambitions. Your expertise will help the main actors in different industries to mitigate risks while addressing environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance and ensuring compliance with the existing and new reporting standards. You will focus on identifying and prioritizing sustainability issues, setting goals that support alignment and integration of the vision into corporate strategy, and implementing processes, controls, and dashboards to measure progress for consistent and accurate reporting.

Furthermore, you will get the opportunity to actively contribute to Sia ’ internal activities:

• Development and reinforcement of our offer, by understanding and interpreting Change management innovation and challenges
• Business development, by contributing to need definition and participating to our commercial initiatives

• Master's degree from a first class university (engineering, business, economics, …)
• Fundamental insight in sustainability and ESG
• 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in a consulting company
• Self-starting, flexible, entrepreneurial person, and proven business development skills
• Ability to monitor company or market trends, evolutions, new challenges and triggers actions within Sia to adapt our offering or launch prospection
• The candidate has successfully conducted relevant projects and managed teams
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Languages: Trilingual French, Dutch and English. Dutch is a must. If you also speak German fluently, that’s a great plus!
