Your Responsibilities:
As a Senior Consultant EPM, you will support our customers in mastering the challenges of all areas of their business, especially in the CFO-Office but also in other operational departments. The goal is to cover central planning, reporting and analysis processes with our own Jedox software solution in a customer specific and centric manner. Together with the customer, you will develop specialized concepts and implement powerful and innovative planning, reporting and analysis processes in various areas of Financial Planning and other operational business categories. As Senior Consultant EPM, you are a trusted advisor of technical and functional implementation areas.

What You’ll Do
• Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for customers, partners, and colleagues, providing insights and thought leadership in Financial and Operational Planning & Analytics (EPM).
• Customer Success: Help customers succeed through your conceptual expertise and strong implementation skills.
• Strategic Guidance: Provide customers with strategic advice on best practices and industry trends in Financial and/or Operational Planning & Analytics (EPM).
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with executive stakeholders to understand business goals and align Jedox solutions accordingly.
• Process Recommendations: Develop recommendations for business process adjustments required for successful EPM adoption and support customers through the resulting change process.
• Workshop Leadership: Lead design workshops with customers and the Jedox Implementation Team.
• Concept Development: Translate workshop outcomes into implementation concepts and ensure value realization and recognition for customers.
• Architecture Decisions: Build knowledge of Jedox implementation specifics to make informed decisions on essential data and solution architecture.
• Consultant Coaching: Coach less experienced consultants and contribute to a supportive and cooperative team culture.
• Go-to-Market Alignment: Work closely with Go-To-Market teams to ensure a deep understanding of customer requirements.
• Product Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Managers by providing structured customer feedback on product requirements.
• Innovation Input: Bring forward ideas for product innovations and enhancements to contribute to the roadmap.

Your Profile:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science or related field
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in consulting, controlling, accounting or an operational business department 
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to communicate effectively with c-level stakeholders
• Familiarity with software products that support collaborative process in FP&A or other areas of EPM
• Project Management experience or experience in a SCRUM team desired
• Affinity for service excellence and a collaborative style
• Collegial, open and down to earth personality
• Fluency in German, Business fluent in English
