Senior Consultant Digital Strategy (m/f/d)

What we look for::
• You independently contribute to the development of digital go-to-market and transformation strategies for B2C and B2B clients and support their structured implementation to achieve measurable business impact.
• You take an active client-facing role, structuring complex problem statements, identifying concrete optimization and growth opportunities, and translating them into actionable initiatives.
• You analyze digital touchpoints across the entire customer journey as well as technical and organizational setups to derive data-driven recommendations.
• You take responsibility for coordinating workstreams and support project delivery in close collaboration with internal expert teams.
• You own performance analyses (e.g. KPIs from SEO, SEA, social media campaigns), derive insights, and translate them into concrete optimization measures.
• You prepare and contribute to high-quality client presentations and business development materials and actively support stakeholder communication across projects.

What we require::
• You hold a university degree with excellent grades in business, economics, computer science or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
• You have around 2-3 years of relevant professional experience with a focus on (digital) strategy, digital marketing, or management consulting.
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills, a high affinity for technology, and structured problem-solving abilities.
• You are confident working with Excel and PowerPoint and can translate analyses into clear, compelling stories.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and feel comfortable interacting with clients.
• You are a service-oriented, proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership.
• You speak English fluently; additional languages are an advantage.
