Role OverviewAs a Senior Consultant in Digital Transformation, you will partner with clients to design and implement innovative solutions that drive business agility, operational efficiency, and customer experience. You will leverage emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Agentic Automation, Hyperautomation, and Cloud Platforms to enable transformation across front-office and back-office functions.Key Responsibilities• Consulting & Advisory:• Lead digital transformation engagements across industries, focusing on customer experience, process optimization, and technology enablement.• Conduct assessments and develop transformation roadmaps aligned with client objectives.• Solution Design & Delivery:• Design and implement solutions leveraging Gen AI, automation frameworks, and advanced analytics.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of transformation initiatives.• Stakeholder Management:• Engage with senior client stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver measurable outcomes.• Present insights, recommendations, and progress updates to executive leadership.• Innovation & Thought Leadership:• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to shape future transformation strategies.• Contribute to internal knowledge building and client workshops.Required Skills & Experience• Experience: 6–10 years in consulting or digital transformation roles.• Expertise:• Strong understanding of Gen AI, automation (RPA, agentic automation), cloud platforms, and data analytics.• Proven track record in solution design and implementation for large-scale transformation programs.• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology; MBA preferred.Preferred Attributes• Experience in hospitality, travel, or consumer industries (preferred, not mandatory)• Ability to lead enablement sessions, POCs, and walkthroughs for clients.• Proficient in leveraging and experimenting with POCs through Co-pilot and other AI models• Efficient AI Usage: Demonstrated ability to maximize AI-driven insights and automation for measurable business outcomes
