(Senior) Consultant Data Strategy (m/f/d)

• You support change management and data strategy initiatives to ensure sustainable success.
• You design and implement data strategies, architectures, and scalable data processes.
• You work closely with clients to co-create pragmatic and impactful solutions that drive digital transformation.
• You develop innovative data products that create real business value.
• You conduct data analyses and visualizations to uncover insights and identify improvement opportunities.
• You facilitate workshops, perform process assessments, and deliver tailored training sessions.
• You contribute to developing best practices, innovative solutions, and continuously challenge the status quo.

What we require::
• You hold a university degree with outstanding academic performance in IT, data science, business informatics, or a related field.
• You have 1–2 years of relevant experience in data management, analytics, or digital transformation consulting.
• You show strong skills in SQL and Python, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• You are familiar with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, as well as modern data stacks.
• You possess excellent communication and presentation skills and can translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
• You have a proactive, service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and drive.
• You thrive in a collaborative and agile environment.
• You are fluent in English and German.
