Senior Consultant Data Excellence (m/f/d)

• You help clients unlock the full potential of their data by ensuring data quality, governance, and structured management of large datasets.
• You advise leading companies on data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and master data management (MDM).
• You support organizations in establishing processes, roles, and policies that enable sustainable and reliable data usage.
• You design and implement pragmatic data governance concepts, including metadata management, data cataloging, and data stewardship.
• You collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to develop fit-for-purpose data management solutions that drive business value.
• You conduct data quality assessments, identify gaps, and define remediation strategies.
• You facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and change management activities to ensure adoption and long-term success.
• You contribute to developing best practices, innovative solutions, and continuously challenge the status quo.

What we require::
• You hold a university degree with strong academic performance in information science, business informatics, data management, or a related field.
• You have several years of relevant experience in data governance, master data management, or data quality management, ideally in a consulting environment.
• You bring a strong understanding of data management frameworks and are familiar with commonly used data governance and catalog tools.
• You are skilled at structuring and analyzing large datasets, identifying inconsistencies, and driving data quality improvements.
• You have excellent communication and facilitation skills and can bridge business and technical stakeholders.
• You show a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and thrive in a collaborative, agile environment.
• You are fluent in English and German.
