Role Description

• You will work alongside experienced and committed colleagues on demanding projects for our national and international clients in the financial services sector.

• You will advise our clients on current challenges in the area of Capital Markets, such as trading system consolidation, trading and settlement processes, and custody services for banks, brokers, and exchanges.

• You will support the entire project lifecycle — from project planning, business analysis, and design, through to implementation, migration, and testing.

• To meet the high expectations of our clients, you will ensure the high quality of deliverables.

• You will gradually take on more responsibility for your topics, including the leadership of (sub-)projects and project teams.

• In addition to project work, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various internal initiatives and implement your own ideas.

Skills and Expertise

• You have successfully completed a university degree and bring several years of professional experience in the financial services sector or in a management consultancy.

• You have in-depth knowledge of relevant products (e.g., securities, cash equity, fixed income, OTC derivatives, or ETDs), processes (order management, clearing & settlement, valuation), and relevant systems (such as Murex, Synaps, Temenos Wealth, Aladdin, etc.).

• In addition to your professional expertise, you are a strong team player with a high level of initiative, commitment, and assertiveness.

• You are fluent in English (German is a big advantage).
