Role: Senior Consultant – Business Rules Configuration Management (BRCM) Analyst
Duration: Full time
Location: Plano, TX
Required
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred
• Work with line of business, support staff, and technology teams to identify business rules which are dynamic in nature
• Ability to understand the business rules and transforming them to Pega 7 or ODM rules depending on the application
• Experience in working with teams following agile (eg scrum) as well as waterfall methodologies and multi-vendor environment
• Excellent business analysis skills with banking domain knowledge
• Experience with BPM/BRMS tools like Pega / IBM ILOG
• Prior working knowledge in ALM, Rally, MS SQL Server Management Studio & SharePoint platforms
• Preferred - Experience with FreeMarker Template Language (FTL) and OpenOffice
• Preferred - Experience with authoring, updating, and maintaining business rules in IBM ODM (Jrules) and DVS testing
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
