Senior Consultant / Business Analyst – US Treasury Clearing

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (AVP level) with a strong background in large change initiatives driven by the U.S. Treasury Clearing Mandate.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to independently lead project management or business-analysis activities - including requirements gathering, solution design, and process improvement to support readiness for the SEC’s U.S. Treasury Clearing Rules.

This will include:

• Defining and assessing new clearing access models (Direct, Sponsored, Agent Clearing).

• Enhancing front-to-back clearing and margin workflows across cash and repo products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for U.S. Treasury Clearing change programmes.

• Design and enhance processes to support clearing submission and margin management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Front Office, Treasury, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Technology.

• Conduct quality-assurance reviews on existing flows and identify efficiency opportunities.

• Produce clear documentation for Target Operating models, process maps, requirements, governance packs, and status reporting.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate regulatory text into business and technology requirements.

• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills; comfortable engaging with senior Front Office, Collateral management, Operations, Finance, and Technology leads.
