Job title: Senior Consultant, Aviation Technology (Remote Identification Focus)
Location: Madrid, Spain
Working hours: full-time / 40 hours per week
Work model (weekly): 4 days office presence during probation, possible to change to 3 days after probation.
Your Responsibilities:
Support our global consulting team in complex UAS and UTM-ATM related projects;
Engage in the technical and regulatory aspects of Remote Identification (RID) solutions, providing expert advice on a wide variety of subjects including (but not limited to):
Remote Identification standards,
Broadcast and Network RID technologies,
Communication systems,
UAS integration with UTM systems,
Data exchange, interoperability and compliance.
Support implementation and validation of RID solutions across different operational environments;
Work as client-side advisor/support to manufacturers, operators and regulatory authorities on RID compliance and deployment strategies, maintaining a high level of integrity and independence;
Contribute to the assessment and integration of UAS technologies within evolving regulatory frameworks.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, aviation, IT, or a related technical field.
At least 4+ years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of UAS technologies and capabilities, as well as Remote Identification standards and systems.
Understanding of communication technologies and system integration principles.
Business Travel up to 50% is required.
English language at professional level, additional language skills in Spanish, German, Arabic would be a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Familiar with EU and international RID regulatory frameworks Understanding of data exchange protocols and interoperability within UTM ecosystems.
Excellent time management skills, self-discipline, and communication abilities.
Experience with testing, validation, or compliance of UAS systems.
