What you’ll achieve

We are seeking an exceptional leader and a forward thinker for our PC Engineering and Services team. The Senior Consultant will play a critical role in shaping the business strategy of our PC Engineering and Services team. They will work on multiple cross-functional projects related to client and enterprise Dell Technologies products for consumer and commercial customers. They will partner with our established team of product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to manage a portfolio of customer-facing and internal-facing software. They should embody the urgency to deliver modern solutions that maximize value to customers and Dell Technologies

You will

• Provide thought leadership to drive the vision, goals, and measures of success using data-driven insights and recommendations

• Craft executive-level presentations that simplifying complex topics into a succinct, digestible format and facilitate high-level decision making

• Strategically influence Enterprise AI & Data solutions ensuring they are robust, scalable and aligned with AI-product needs

• Stay current with the latest AI advancements and proactively apply new technologies to enhance team projects and committed to drive innovation

• Be a thought leader by inspiring and driving innovation, promoting, and supporting best practices, and mentoring the development of IPs, research publications and white papers

Essential Requirements:

• Typically requires 10+ years of related experience in a technical management consulting role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 7+ years with a Master’s degree; or 5+ years with a PhD

• Experience designing AI frameworks and tools including ML, NLP, Information Retrieval, Recommender Systems and LLMs and the impact on business outcomes

• Deep understanding of the technology industry and its evolving landscape

• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach for identifying and addressing business challenges along with exceptional written and verbal communication, to clearly articulate advanced concepts

• Strong understanding of financial metrics, business acumen, and strategic frameworks

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams along with knowledge of product management, agile development, and services operations processes and methodologies

Desirable Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Machine Learning or equivalent experience along with publication of research papers, patents, or contributions to open-source projects.

• Previous experience in management consulting as a thought leader in AI, ML, or NLP fields is highly valued

Compensation: Dell is committed to Fair and Equitable compensation practices. The Base Salary Range for this role is $236,000-$304,000.
