(Senior) Consultant AI & Governance Due Diligence (m/f/d)

What we look for::
• You advise leading financial investors, private equity firms, and companies on the planning, execution, and management of AI, data, and governance due diligence projects in buy-side and sell-side transaction contexts.
• You analyze AI, data, and technology landscapes with regard to scalability, governance, compliance, architecture, operating models, and value creation potential.
• You assess AI-, LLM-, and data-driven solutions in terms of technical maturity, operational risks, governance structures, and strategic business impact.
• You structure complex analyses, develop actionable recommendations, and support the creation of due diligence reports and equity stories for investors and management teams.
• You collaborate closely with our experts across Data, AI, Technology, and Digital Strategy, combining strategic thinking with hands-on technology expertise.
• You support the development of governance frameworks, target architectures, and value creation initiatives for portfolio companies.
• You prepare and lead workshops, client meetings, research initiatives, and presentations together with internal and external stakeholders.
• You actively contribute to thought leadership, market research, and the further development of our AI and due diligence offering.

What we require::
• You hold an outstanding university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
• You have at least 2-3 years of experience in technology consulting, AI/data strategy, transaction advisory, due diligence, or digital transformation.
• You demonstrate a strong understanding of modern data, AI, and governance architectures and their impact on scalability, compliance, and value creation.
• You ideally have experience working on AI, data, or governance topics in M&A or private equity environments.
• You combine strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to evaluate complex technology-driven business models in a structured manner.
• You stand out through excellent communication and presentation skills and engage confidently with management teams and investors.
• You work in a structured, self-driven, and collaborative manner and demonstrate strong motivation and interest in AI and technology trends.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
