Ihre Aufgaben:
• Gesamtverantwortliche Leitung anspruchsvoller Hochbauprojekte (LP 1-8)

• Steuerung interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie externer Fachplaner und Nachunternehmer

• Aktives Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsmanagement auf strategischem Niveau

• Vertragsmanagement sowie professionelle Verhandlungsführung mit Auftraggebern

• Früherkennung von Projektrisiken und Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungsstrategien

Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder vergleichbares

• Erfahrung in der Leitung von Hochbauprojekten

• Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und souveränes Auftreten

• Nachweisliche Erfolge im Kosten- und Terminmanagement

• Hohe Führungsstärke und Kommunikationskompetenz
