<key activities / role and responsibilities>

Driving development as a technical lead for the Computer Vision component in one or multiple projects, including responsibility for requirements management, schedule management, and task management

Perform software verification, integration, and release management on target hardware

Engage in mission system validation and real-time operational support

<Mandatory>

8+ years of professional experience as a software engineer involved in the design and implementation of algorithms primarily focused on numerical computation

Within this experience, 3+ years of software development experience specifically related to object detection using image processing and/or signal processing techniques 

5+ years of development experience in C and/or C++, including at least 3 years of embedded software development experience 

3+ years of experience acting as a technical lead for a specialized subsystem-level domain within projects, with responsibility for development execution including requirements, schedule, and task management

Experience across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements definition, design, and test planning and execution

Knowledge of modern software development methodologies and SCM tools (e.g., Git) 

Ability to plan and execute development effectively while contributing proactively and collaboratively across teams

Familiarity with modern software development practices (e.g., Agile) 

Strong technical communication and presentation skills 

Business-level Japanese proficiency

<Desirable> 

Knowledge of machine learning and AI applied to image recognition 

Experience in building 3D image simulation environments using Unity or Unreal Engine

Experience in developing systems based on embedded Linux 

Experience with scripting languages such as Python

＜職務内容/役割・責任＞

一つまたは複数のプロジェクトにおいて、Computer Vision Component のテクニカルリードとして開発を推進（要求管理、スケジュール管理、タスク管理等を含む）

ミッション要件に基づくコンピュータビジョンアルゴリズムの開発・検証

ターゲットハードウェアでの検証・統合・リリース管理

システムテストおよび運用フェーズへの参加

<必須条件>

数値計算を中心としたアルゴリズム等の設計・実装に従事するソフトウェアエンジニアとしての実務経験8年以上

そのうち、画像処理または信号処理を用いたコンピュータビジョン分野における、物体検出に関するアルゴリズム開発、検証の経験3年以上

C言語またはC++による開発経験5年以上、かつ組み込みソフトウェア開発経験3年以上

プロジェクトにおいて、サブシステムレベルの専門領域に関するテクニカルリードとして、要求管理、スケジュール管理、タスク管理を含む開発推進を担った経験3年以上

要求仕様の策定から設計、テスト計画および実施まで、ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル全体に携わった経験

最新のソフトウェア開発方法論、および SCM (Gitなど) に関する知識

チーム内外で積極的かつ協調的に貢献しながら、効果的に開発を計画・実行する能力

Agileなどのモダンなソフトウェア開発プロセスへの理解

技術的なコミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーションスキル

英語能力 TOEIC 750+

<望ましい条件> 

機械学習・AIを活用した画像認識や信号処理の知識

UnityやUnreal Engine 等を用いた３D画像シミュレーション環境の構築経験

組み込みLinuxベースのシステム開発経験

Pythonなどのスクリプト言語による開発経験
