About the Role

As a Senior Compliance Officer with direct reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, you will be a part of the team safeguarding the integrity of the Company’s operations by ensuring Regulatory Compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the legal sparring partner for Product, Compliance, and Tech teams from the early product development stage onward.

• Monitor the company’s compliance in accordance with the Compliance Monitoring Programme
• Stay continuously updated on regulatory developments and requirements from CySEC, ESMA,EBA and other authorities
• Draft, review and update internal policies, procedures and manuals
• Draft annual and interim compliance and AML reports
• Review and monitor marketing communications and website compliance
• Support the Chief Compliance Officer with daily compliance tasks and ad hoc projects
• Collaborate closely with all departments and provide advice and solutions on compliance queries/issues
• Provide periodic trainings to promote and maintain a strong culture of compliance across the organisation
• Regulatory reporting - compile and deliver accurate and comprehensive data reports within strict deadlines
• Handle compliance requests, client’s complaints, requests from regulatory authorities

Your knowledge areas and experience:

• 3+ years of experience in a compliance role within MiCA or MiFID II regulated firm.

• Strong understanding and extensive knowledge of CySEC/EU regulatory frameworks and compliance best practices.

• Prior experience with submitting reports via CySEC reporting channels (e.g. TRS, Portal, XBRL portal).

• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.

• CySEC AML and Advanced certificates.

•  Fluent in English.
