Senior Community Manager with Chinese - Part-time - Remote

We are looking for Senior Community Manager with Chinese to join our multinational team around the globe. This is a part-time role.

Responsibilities could include:

• Assist the CM Lead in managing all processes and the timely delivery of Keywords’ Community Management services across multiple projects.
• Working across strategy products.
• Provide cover as the main point of contact for Community Managers when CM Lead is on holiday or sick leave.
• Assist the CM Lead in the production and delivery of performance reports to an agreed format and schedule.
• Managing client interactions when the CM Lead is on holiday or sick leave.
• Assist with training and coaching of new and existing Community Managers.
• Foster and maintain a positive work environment – build engagement, resolve conflicts.

Experience:

• Experience in relevant industries: Proven experience (min. 2 years) within Community Management and/or Social Media Management in gaming.
• Language skills: Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strategizing: Working across community strategy.
• Relationship Building: Ability to quickly establish rapport and build trusting relationships with stakeholders.
• Communication and Conflict Resolution: Excellent communication skills, coupled with proven ability to effectively navigate and resolve conflicts.
• Proactive Learner: Possesses a curious, self-motivated attitude and a strong commitment to continuous learning.
