We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Experience Manager to join our team. At KAIZEN, we are dedicated to creating vibrant, sustainable communities that deliver exceptional living experiences for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee community management operations, including financial performance, maintenance, and resident experience.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and owners’ association bylaws.
• Drive service excellence by monitoring service providers’ adherence to company SLAs and KPIs.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize building performance and enhance community experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate service delivery and overall resident satisfaction.
• Champion initiatives focused on sustainability, environmental stewardship, and technology integration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
• Evaluate operational efficiency and recommend improvements for building management processes.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management and clients.
• Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and legal developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in owners association management.
• certification in property management or owners association management (e.g., CMCA, M100, PCAM).
• Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to owners' associations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
• Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
• Technologically sawy with experience in property management software.
