Position overview:

We’re looking for a senior-level designer to join the Snoonu Design team - someone who can bring clarity, boldness, and consistency to our communications across marketing, brand and product.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how Snoonu looks and feels across channels - from bold campaigns and digital assets to social media, presentations, and branded content. If you have a sharp design eye, love turning ideas into striking visuals, and want to help build one of the region’s most recognizable brands - we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Lead the design process from concept to execution across digital and print: 360 campaigns,  presentation decks, ads, social media, etc.

Collaborate with teams across marketing, product, content, and growth to translate business needs into powerful visual communication.

Take ownership of design projects, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards and business goals.

Provide feedback and creative direction to junior designers, helping them grow and improve.

Ensure consistency of our visual identity across all touchpoints.

Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality.

Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, balancing creativity with efficiency.

Work with external vendors when needed (e.g. printers, photographers, freelancers).

What You’ll Need

5+ years of professional experience in graphic or communication design.

Strong portfolio showing a diverse range of work: 360 campaigns, digital assets, print and etc.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and other relevant tools.

Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Ability to clearly explain design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Confidence in using AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, and similar platforms to enhance creative workflows.

English proficiency B2 or higher. Russian B2+ is a plus.

Nice to Have

Experience with 3D tools (e.g. Blender, Cinema 4D, Octane, Redshift).

Familiarity with working in tech/startup environments.

Experience with product design or web design principles.

Motion design skills (After Effects or similar).

Hands-on experience in fast-paced industries such as FMCG, e-commerce, marketplaces, delivery, or consumer tech.
