Role Purpose
This role is designed to strengthen commercial visibility and performance discipline across the Brand Management organization while remaining closely connected to real business operations.
The role will initially lead one assigned account end-to-end, working directly with brand stakeholders to drive sustainable growth and margin control.
In parallel, the role will progressively expand its impact by establishing structured commercial governance and performance visibility across the broader portfolio.
This role reports directly to the Head of Commercial for performance scope, with a dotted-line alignment to a GBM for assigned account execution.
Responsibilities
1. Account Leadership & Client Management (~50%)
Fully lead and own one assigned account (mid-size portfolio).
Drive revenue, market share, and profitability for brands, leveraging deep category insights (consumer trends, product innovation, seasonal demand, competitive landscape).
Lead and negotiate annual agreements with top e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) to secure strategic visibility, campaigns, and promotional opportunities.
Oversee brand portfolio profitability through robust P&L management, ensuring pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies deliver against targets.
Plan and execute high-impact brand campaigns, new product launches, and exclusive activations tailored for the relevant category.
2. Commercial Performance & Governance (~50%, expanding over time)
Own visibility and standardization of commercial performance tracking across accounts.
Design and refine tracking templates and dashboards.
Establish consistent governance rhythm for weekly and monthly reviews.
Identify early signals of margin leakage and structural inefficiencies.
Ensure disciplined evaluation of trade investment, campaign ROI, and cost-to-serve.
Support structured budgeting, forecasting, and post-mortem analysis.
Improve clarity and consistency in how account health is assessed across the team.
This role provides structured visibility and process control, enabling stronger decision-making without adding bureaucracy.
