Senior Commercial Analyst - APAC & CA

We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Analyst to support our APAC & Canada regions. This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Services to shape complex deals, provide pricing insights, and help drive sustainable growth across the global business.

About the Role
As a Senior Commercial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the execution of our commercial strategy across APAC & Canada. You’ll lead pricing and deal analysis, guide opportunities through governance processes, and provide clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

You’ll be working on complex, high-value opportunities, ensuring deals are commercially sound, compliant, and aligned with our financial and strategic objectives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, influencing outcomes, and bringing clarity to complex commercial scenarios.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partnering with regional Sales teams to support pipeline opportunities, bids, and strategic deals
• Building robust pricing models and delivering high-quality commercial analysis
• Evaluating deal structures, pricing strategies, and key assumptions to drive optimal outcomes
• Preparing clear commercial recommendations and supporting internal approval processes
• Supporting contract negotiations with insights on pricing, risk, and commercial trade-offs
• Reviewing and interpreting customer and vendor agreements to ensure alignment with company standards
• Analysing deal and contract data to provide insights on margins, revenue, and performance
• Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and financial review processes alongside Corporate Finance
• Identifying and communicating commercial and contractual risks
• Maintaining high-quality commercial data, contract records, and governance documentation
• Contributing to improvements in commercial processes, tools, and data quality

What We’re Looking For
You’ll bring strong analytical capability, commercial awareness, and the confidence to work with stakeholders across multiple regions and functions.

We’re particularly interested in candidates who have:

• 3+ years’ experience in a commercial analyst, finance, contract support, or similar role
• Experience in technology, SaaS, or healthcare IT environments
• Exposure to pricing, deal structuring, or contract analysis
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with complex data sets
• The ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments
• Sound commercial judgement and problem-solving skills

And even better if you have:

• Experience supporting complex, high-value deals or enterprise sales environments
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and commercial data management
• Exposure to regulatory or compliance frameworks (including international markets such as Canada)
• A background in Finance, Commerce, Business, or Law
