What awaits you at Mynaric:
• Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as 5-Axis milling and 3+2-Axis milling
• Interpret complex CAD drawings and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Proven understanding of Fanuc / Siemens / Haidenhain controls and G-code CNC programming for 5-axis
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts; run test cycles to ensure machines produce outputs according to specifications
• Set machines to complete full production cycles and fabricate large numbers of precision parts
• Supervise machine operations and adjust parameters to achieve optimal results
• Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with technical requirements
• Perform daily machine checks and maintenance to ensure proper functionality
• Create and optimize CAM programs in NX for complex parts
• Support CAD design tasks, including modifying models or preparing manufacturing-ready data. Design and Develop tooling and fixturing concepts for complex machining operations
• Train and mentor new technicians and act as a role model within the team, Contribute to process improvements and advanced machining strategies

What you bring with you:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in CNC milling or a related technical apprenticeship
• Experience with work holding, jigs, and fixturing for complex components on 5-axis CNC equipment
• Formal CNC machining certification preferred, plus CAM knowledge
• Ability to use a wide range of precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, comparators, bore gauges, thread gauges, indicators, plug gauges, etc.)
• Basic computer skills (MS Word and Excel), strong organizational skills, and strong interpersonal skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English; German is a plus
