Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Intune and Device Management)

Responsibilities:

• Work with Product Owners, internal engineering team and Product Principals to operate various endpoint management tools, including:

• Windows Autopilot
• Intune
• Application control
• Scripting and automation
• Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
• Microsoft Graph API

• Co-ordinate with Central ICT Infra teams to operate the on-prem components of the above platforms.

• Perform change, release, incident, problem management processes.

• Ensure timely handling of requests and queries.

• Perform incident response and recovery by analysing the root cause and submission of RCA report.

• Drive improvement in operation effectiveness by implementing the monitoring and alerting tools.

• Document the requirement and specification to address the needs for all Public Service agencies

Requirements:
Mandatory Requirements:

• At least 10 years experience working on IT operations in an enterprise environment or equivalent experience
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting
• Wide knowledge of IT knowledge including Windows OS, device, network, application, and infrastructure

Additional Skillset(s) (Good to have)

• Familiar with developing ServiceNow workflows
• Endpoint monitoring and observability for infrastructure reliability using tools such as NexThink, Riverbed, Dyatrace...etc

Additional 2 or more certifications (at least one from each group):

Group 1 (Processes driven certifications or proven experience)

• DevOps Institute: Site Reliability Engineering Foundation or Site Reliability Engineering Practitioner, for demonstrating the skills and knowledge of applying DevOps principles and practices to the endpoint engineering process
• ITIL 4 Foundation Certification, for demonstrating the skills and knowledge of the ITIL framework and best practices for ITSM.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+)

Group 2 (Hands-on certifications or proven experience)

• Exam MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator: deploys and manages Microsoft 365 and performs Microsoft 365 tenant-level implementation and administration of cloud and hybrid environments 
• Exam AZ-104: Configure, manage, secure, and administer key professional functions in Microsoft Azure.
• Exam AZ-140: Plan, deliver, manage, and monitor virtual desktop experiences and remote apps on Microsoft Azure for any device.
• Exam MD-102: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, for demonstrating the skills and knowledge of endpoint management and security using Microsoft 365 tools and services.
