Senior Client Data Delivery Coordinator I

Responsible for processing reports and performance indicators, ensuring data meets business requirements and is clearly understood. Under moderate supervision, this position supports overall project planning and generates reports based on project schedules and timetables for deliverables. Designs, develops, and establishes key reporting standards to support project management and operational efficiency within the Operations team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the preparation of internal and external reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data and information from various sources and provide visibility to higher-level audience
• Understand data and processes to support associates in analyzing and interpreting project-related tasks of varying complexity.
• Communicate with customers, project teams, key stakeholders, and team members as needed.
• Process defined reports, adhering to established procedures, delivery schedules, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Develop online management reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide support to departments by gathering and analyzing data for the establishment and/or maintenance of business processes, procedures, and policies.
• Support the project team in planning, managing, and monitoring projects from concept through implementation.
• Identify and leverage best practices to improve project analysis and reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 2-5 years of experience in a project analysis role or similar capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications software for project schedule development, project control, risk management practices, issue tracking, and project documentation processing and archiving.
• Proven record of delivering quality results on time.
• Ability to use logic to analyze data, draw conclusions, and provide advice or consultation to business leaders.
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to foster cooperation between different departments and coworkers.
• Ability to build consensus within the team and among stakeholders.
• Capability to evaluate process performance and recommend improvements.
• Ability to recognize process gaps and redundancy.
• Experience in developing, implementing, or maintaining business performance measurement data.
