SENIOR CLAIMS PROCESSING OFFICER

Ajaltoun – Lebanon
SFMC is currently recruiting a Senior Claims Processing Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review, verify, and approve medical insurance claims
• Handle complex and disputed claims and follow up on pending or delayed cases
• Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely claim submission
• Reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies and outstanding balances
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve escalated claim issues
• Track claim statuses and maintain updated records in the hospital system.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Healthcare Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in claims processing or healthcare billing
Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and billing systems.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
