We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil and Infra Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our engineering department, you will lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects, ensuring their successful execution from conception to completion.

• Manage and direct large-scale civil engineering and infrastructure projects throughout all phases of development
• Develop and review detailed engineering designs, calculations, and specifications for various infrastructure systems
• Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and government agencies
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams
• Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present comprehensive technical reports and project updates to stakeholders
• Optimize project costs, schedules, and resources while maintaining high-quality standards
• Stay updated on industry trends, innovative technologies, and best practices in civil and infrastructure engineering

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's degree preferred
• Professional Engineering (PE) license; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering and infrastructure projects
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects
• Advanced knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and structural analysis and design software
• Strong skills in project management tools and methodologies
• Expertise in infrastructure development, structural engineering, transportation systems, and water resources management
• Experience in conducting environmental impact assessments
• Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
