De rol van Senior CI/CD DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes & OpenShift)

Als Senior CI/CD DevOps Engineer ben jij de specialist die development- en operations-teams in staat stelt om snel, veilig en herhaalbaar software te leveren op Kubernetes en OpenShift. Je ontwerpt, bouwt en onderhoudt CI/CD-pipelines die schalen, je automatiseert wat geautomatiseerd kan worden, en je integreert security en quality gates in elke stap van de delivery.

Je werkt aan complexe, multi-tenant container-platforms en helpt teams om hun manier van werken te verbeteren — van eerste commit tot productie-rollout.

Wat ga je doen?

• Ontwerpen, bouwen en onderhouden van CI/CD-pipelines in GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins of Azure DevOps voor Kubernetes- en OpenShift-workloads.

• Implementeren van GitOps-workflows met ArgoCD of Flux, inclusief promotion-strategieën tussen omgevingen.

• Automatiseren van builds, tests, security-scans (SAST/DAST, image scanning) en deployments.

• Schrijven van Infrastructure-as-Code en automatiseringsscripts in Python, Bash, Ansible en Groovy.

• Ondersteunen van development- en operations-teams in DevOps-best-practices en pipeline-design.

• Samenwerken met platformteams om CI/CD aan te laten sluiten op de container-platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift).

• Bijdragen aan 24/7-operatie via geautomatiseerde workflows, incident- en change-processen.
