We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Jarrolds Letheringsett. Set in the beautiful Norfolk countryside, Letheringsett offers a unique food-led destination experience, combining quality seasonal produce with warm, welcoming hospitality.

The Role

As Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in supporting the management team in delivering exceptional, high-quality dishes. You will take ownership of each section, compliance and shift running, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and excellence in every service.

Key Responsibilities

Run and manage your designated section with confidence

Support junior team members, providing guidance and training

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene

Assist in stock control, ordering, and minimising waste

Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety standards

Contribute ideas to seasonal menu development

About You

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally in a fresh food environment

Strong knowledge of classical cooking techniques and modern presentation

Calm under pressure with excellent organisational skills

A positive attitude and strong team ethic

Passion for seasonal, locally sourced produce
