Catalog Ops Improvement 팀은 Catalog Operations 조직 내 오퍼레이터 정확도를 향상시키기 위해 다양한 분석 및 개선 활동을 수행합니다. Catalog Operations 조직에서 생성된 데이터는 쿠팡의 카탈로그를 개선하기 위해 시스템의 학습 또는 개선 데이터로 활용됩니다.

업무 내용

• Ops Improvement 조직의 A/B 테스트 진행

• 오퍼레이터터 정확도 데이터와 오류 트렌드 분석(잘못된 라벨링 또는 프로세스 이탈의 근본 원인을 조사)

• SOP 개선

• 트레이닝팀과 협력하여 콘텐츠 설계 및 트레이닝 효과 모니터링

• Tools & Systems 팀 및 운영팀과 협력하여 오퍼레이터 정확도를 지원하는 툴 개선

• 이해관계자 협업 및 커뮤니케이션

자격 요건

• 운영, 품질 또는 프로세스 중심 환경에서 Business Analyst로 근무한 경험이 있으신 분

• 트렌드, 패턴 및 근본 원인을 식별할 수 있는 강력한 분석 능력을 보유하신 분

• 프로세스 문서화, 워크플로우 작성 및 비즈니스 요구사항 개발 경험이 있으신 분

• 우수한 커뮤니케이션 능력을 보유하신 분
