Role: Senior Catalog Inspector

Catalog Product Operations > Inspection Team is responsible for overall tasks related to inspecting and improving label quality and operational accuracy. An Inspector is a process improvement specialist focused on enhancing the accuracy of labeling work performed by operators (Labelers, Annotators). The Inspector leads team members and collaborates with various teams to drive improvements in the inspection process, analyze operator error types, refine SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and expand operator skill sets to deliver better results.

What You Will Do

• Inspection & Root cause analysis
- Improve the data labeling process and inspect the work of the operation team to improve quality
- Analyze the root cause of errors discovered during the inspection process

• Operation SOP & Tool Improvement
- Create and improve the standard procedure guide that serves as the work standard, and take charge of improving the tools required for operation

• Project leading and stakeholder communication
- Lead the accuracy improvement in various labeling projects and communicate flexibly with various related departments

Basic Qualifications

• Chinese Traditional Language Available

• Who is proficient in using Excel or has experience in various data analysis

• Strong understanding of e-commerce business models

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills when collaborating with internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English or Korean

• Experience of using SQL or similar customer service platform
