The Senior Capacity Lead is the strategic owner of country-level DSP shift scheduling and vehicle capacity planning. This role bridges the gap between demand forecasting and operational execution, ensuring that our DSP partners provide the exact number of couriers and vehicles needed to meet the daily demand curve. You will lead the shift planning process, ensure daily alignment with DSPs, and maintain the integrity of our operational databases.
What we expect from you
• Own country-level shift and DSP vehicle planning to ensure DSPs have sufficient couriers per the demand curve.
• Communicate with DSPs about planning-related adjustments, requirements and expectations
• Update Forecast Files, share them with DSPs, and monitor adherence to ensure DSPs meet set requirements.
• Communicate and monitor Ramp Targets to DSPs, ensuring scaling aligns with seasonal or promotional peaks.
• Oversee the creation and offboarding of driver profiles according to defined processes and maintain accurate courier and vehicle databases.
• Collaborate with Dispatch and Account Managers to support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new couriers.
• Track attendance and performance metrics, proactively resolving operational issues that impact capacity.
• Ensure all scheduling and capacity activities remain compliant with safety standards, labor laws, and internal operational protocols.
What we look for
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, last mile, or workforce scheduling.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Reliability and ability to manage crises.
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience monitoring KPIs and producing reports.
• Fluent in the local language and English.
