The Performance Marketing Team of Agoda is a world leader in online marketing. This department is highly data-driven and focused on developing at-scale marketing programs that improve the lifetime value of Agoda customers through measurable marketing programs and channels. The team is a blend of the best analysts, marketing strategists, and data scientists in the world. The marketing leadership at Agoda have deep experience in data science, product, strategy, and other marketing fields and have built an organization that thrives on data, creative ideas, and technology. The Performance Marketing Team also fosters a great learning environment. You will be able to learn and grow by working closely with experts from a variety of backgrounds from all over the world.

As a Senior Campaign Specialist, you will be owning the media strategy and merchandising roadmap for the India Market, from identifying the best customer touchpoints to merchandise on, optimizing campaign ROI and profit, to coordinating multi-department efforts. This is a great opportunity to gain versatile skillsets and to grow marketplace efficiency through innovating and experimenting on both supply and demand sides of business.

In this role, you’ll get to:

• Lead and Innovate: lead overall campaign strategy for India market, including market positioning, media planning, content localization, and ensure flawless execution of merchandising campaigns from conception to launch

• Scale: grow local campaigns’ impact through working with and influencing cross-functional stakeholders including product, marketing, sales, etc.

• Test and Analyze: identify new opportunities through analyzing campaign performance, experimenting and benchmarking to competitors

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 3+ years of digital marketing, e-commerce, or strategy/business operations experience

• Able to communicate fluently in English

• Intellectually curious, hands-on and results-driven with a strong owner’s mindset

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to directly perform data analysis to craft tactical operational recommendations

• Teamwork and trust, including excellent interpersonal skills, comfort with proactive communications managing different stakeholders, and willingness to engage with conflicting opinions
