We are seeking an experienced Senior Camp Boss to join our organization in United Arab Emirates. In this leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of camp operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-organized environment for our workforce. You will report directly to senior management and serve as the primary point of contact for all camp-related matters, demonstrating decisive leadership and a commitment to operational excellence.

 

• Oversee daily camp operations, including accommodation, dining, sanitation, and general maintenance facilities
• Manage camp budgets, monitor expenditures
• Prepare and manage all camp related reports and submissions on high concentration on accuracy organization and timeliness.
• Supervise and manage camp staff, including hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions
• Enforce safety protocols, health standards, and compliance with UAE labor regulations and organizational policies in camps.
• Coordinate logistics, including procurement of supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor management
• Conduct regular inspections of camp facilities and implement corrective actions as needed
• Address and resolve camp grievances, conflicts, and operational issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate camp and Labor records, documentation, and reporting systems for camp activities and incidents.
• Ensure effective communication between camp personnel and senior management
• Develop and implement camp programs and initiatives to enhance worker welfare and productivity
• Monitor and control access to camp facilities, ensuring security and safety protocols are maintained

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in camp management or similar supervisory roles in labor-intensive industries
• Proven experience managing large-scale worker camps with 500+ personnel
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, health standards, and UAE labor law compliance
• Demonstrated supervisory and team management experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with logistics coordination and vendor management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and camp management software
• Preferred: Experience working in the Middle East or Gulf region
• Preferred: Knowledge of construction camp operations
• Preferred: Experience with worker accommodation standards and welfare programs
• Preferred: Knowledge and coordination with real estates for new camp hires in UAE.

Mandatory UAE driving License required.
