Our client is an innovative online marketplace looking to source an experienced Senior C# .Net Developer to join their established Software Engineering & Architecture team. The Senior C# Developer will be directly linked to a new strategy this business is undergoing and will play a strategic role in transforming their front-end website and developing solutions in C# and .NET platforms.

In this role you will need to drive excellent customer experiences by developing Microsoft solutions in C# & ASP.NET across their software estate. You will utilise your experience in JavaScript, HTML and CSS in accordance with company standards to strengthen their e-commerce platform.

Technologies required

• Development experience with in C#, ASP.NET Web Forms and / or MVC
• Understanding of HTML, JSON, XML, CSS, JavaScript / JQuery
• Proficient in MS SQL, physical and logical database design, understanding of the development lifecycle & TDD (Test Driven Development)

Competencies required

• Commercial experience leading projects within a .NET development environment using C#
• Professional experience leading teams and coaching less experienced developers
• Highly desirable – Understanding of ITIL/Service Delivery frameworks
• Highly desirable - MS certification or other professional development certification
