Requirements:

• Develop internal tools: You design, develop, and implement internal C++ applications that improve efficiency and support our business units.
• Billing & business systems: You contribute to billing-related applications and ensure that financial and business-critical processes run reliably and efficiently.
• Optimization & further development: You analyze existing applications, improve performance, usability, and reliability and actively drive technical improvements.
• Stable operations: You monitor running systems, identify issues, and resolve bugs or performance bottlenecks to ensure smooth operation.
• Knowledge sharing & support: You support colleagues in using internal tools and share your expertise through documentation or training sessions.
Show us your skills:
• Experience & expertise: You bring several years of professional experience (5+ years) in C++ development and are comfortable working with existing codebases.
• Way of working: You work in a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented manner and enjoy taking ownership of your applications.
• Technical environment: You have experience with Git/GitHub, ideally with Embarcadero tools (RAD Studio, C++ Builder), and MySQL.
• Modern development: You are familiar with modern development workflows and enjoy using AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot to work efficiently.
• Language skills: You have good English skills for daily collaboration and German language skills at B2 level.
