The Senior C&B Specialist is responsible for leading and executing compensation & benefits activities, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and providing data-driven insights to support HR strategies. This role requires strong expertise in payroll, benefits administration, and HR analytics, as well as the ability to provide consultancy on compensation strategies and legal compliance. 

1. Policy Implementation & Review

• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with company regulations and local labor laws
• Assist in reviewing and updating policies to ensure accuracy and compliance

2. Employee Relations Support

• Provide guidance to employees on C&B-related matters such as benefits, insurance, and company policies
• Support handling employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and basic disciplinary processes in alignment with company policies

3. Training & Guidance Support

• Support the delivery of internal training sessions related to HR policies, C&B processes, and compliance when required
• Provide guidance to employees on HR procedures (contracts, benefits, insurance, etc.)

4. Compensation & Benefits Activities

• Execute monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Handle Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, and Personal Income Tax (PIT)
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure proper implementation
• Prepare and review labor contracts and HR-related documents
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for C&B-related activities

5. Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare and maintain HR reports (payroll, headcount, basic cost tracking)
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee records
• Support internal audits and inspections when required

6. Labor Law Compliance

• Ensure HR practices comply with Vietnamese labor laws and internal policies
• Stay updated on relevant labor regulations and report necessary updates to HR Manager
• Support compliance-related activities and documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related 

fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations preferably in a 

corporate environment
• Hands-on experience in payroll, insurance, PIT, and labor contract administration
• Experience working in IT companies or multinational environments is a plus
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor laws, Social Insurance, and Personal Income Tax regulations (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of other related legal frameworks is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• High level of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Mandatory)
• Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools (Preferred)
• Familiarity with HRIS / payroll systems is a plus
• Good command of English for workplace communication
