In this role you will:
• Support and/or manage daily Compensation & Benefits activities in Vietnam and maybe Singapore, including payroll coordination, salary administration, labor contracts, benefits management, timesheets, and labor reporting.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with Vietnam labor law, social insurance regulations, and company policies.
• Assist in developing and updating compensation and benefits policies in line with business needs and legal requirements.
• Participate in the rollout, communication, and administration of compensation & benefits programs and policies.
• Support the development and maintenance of salary structures, grading systems, bonus schemes, and incentive programs under guidance from HR leadership.
• Review compensation data and provide input to ensure consistency and alignment across Gradion entities where applicable.
• Collect and analyze compensation and benefits data to support reporting on trends, costs, and budget utilization.
• Prepare regular compensation and payroll reports for management review.
• Support C&B-related projects such as job leveling exercises, internal audits, policy updates, reorganizations, or government-mandated changes.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries and assist in resolving related matters professionally.
• Have the opportunity to grow into a Team Lead based on performance.

What you will bring:
• 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Human Resources.
• Solid knowledge of Vietnam labor law, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.
• Experience working with HRIS systems and payroll administration.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset.
• Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Experience working in international or Western business environments is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related fields.
