The destination comprises several distinct sites featuring five-star hotels, luxury private residences, a world-class golf experience, and many year-round activities. Navarino Dunes is home to The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, The Westin Resort Costa Navarino and Costa Navarino Residences. Navarino Bay is the setting for Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino, W Costa Navarino and Navarino Agora, a curated marketplace. Both sites have signature golf courses, while at Navarino Hills there are two further signature golf courses.

Costa Navarino is searching for a Senior Buyer - Food & Beverage (F&B). In this role you will be responsible for the strategic sourcing, procurement and cost control of all food and beverage products within hotel operations. The role ensures the consistent availability of high-quality products at competitive prices, while supporting operational efficiency, food safety standards and overall guest satisfaction. The position requires strong collaboration with culinary, finance and operations teams, as well as effective supplier management and negotiation skills to optimize procurement performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of food, beverages and F&B supplies.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor performance
• Control F&B costs in line with budgets and track key purchasing KPIs.
• Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving initiatives.
• Oversee inventory levels and collaborate with operations for accurate forecasting.
• Ensure product quality, consistency and compliance with food safety standards (HACCP).
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and F&B team to support operational needs.
• Prepare purchasing reports, cost analysis, and forecasts.
• Drive process improvements in procurement procedures and systems.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar procurement or purchasing role within hospitality or F&B.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Solid understanding of food cost control and inventory management.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Leadership and team management skills.
