The CEO Office plays a central role in supporting leadership, governance and effective decision‑making across LCH Ltd.
This Senior Business Manager opportunity is ideal for someone looking to grow their experience in executive delivery, governance and enterprise‑wide coordination. The role supports the CEO Office leadership team by supplying to high‑quality materials, helping coordinate senior forums and improving how information, metrics and insights are delivered.
You will work closely with colleagues across LCH Ltd and gain valuable exposure to how the organisation operates at a senior level. You will be supported to build confidence, judgement and capability while making a meaningful contribution to CEO Office outcomes.
What you’ll be responsible for
• Supporting CEO Office delivery
• Help coordinate and track CEO Office requests, learning how to balance priorities, timelines and dependencies.
• Provide clear workflows that support consistent and reliable delivery.
• Developing executive‑ready materials
• Support the preparation and refinement of briefing packs, presentations and written materials for senior leaders and governance forums.
• Learn how to structure complex information into clear, concise and well‑presented content.
• Governance and Board exposure
• Assist with the coordination of Board and senior committee materials, including timelines, quality checks and pack readiness.
• Develop understanding of governance processes, controls and senior‑forum expectations.
• Working across teams
• Collaborate with teams across Corporate Functions and Business Lines to improve the quality and consistency of submissions.
• Develop participant management skills through day‑to‑day coordination and problem‑solving.
• Smarter ways of working
• Gain experience using AI‑enabled tools to support drafting, summarisation and insight extraction, helping reduce manual effort.
• Support the use of reporting tools such as Power BI to improve how metrics are presented.

What you’ll bring
• 5–6 years experience in a business management, PMO, COO, Chief‑of‑Staff or executive support role within a sophisticated organisation.
• Experience supporting senior participants or supplying to executive‑level materials.
• Clear written communication skills and a willingness to learn how to shape executive‑ready content.
• Good PowerPoint skills and attention to presentation quality.
• Experience working with data, dashboards or reporting tools (such as Power BI), or a strong interest in developing these skills.
• A proactive, organised approach and the ability to lead multiple tasks.
