We are seeking a dynamic business development manager to lead our sales efforts and expand the business. You will be responsible for attracting new clients and nurturing strong relationships with them, while also overseeing existing partnerships. Additional responsibilities will include conducting market research, crafting business strategies and presentations, managing various projects, and identifying new business opportunities. You will collaborate with multiple departments and report directly to the Head of Business Development. The ideal candidate will be innovative, organized, and driven to boost sales, improve the company's reputation, and explore new and inventive ways to market our products. A background in sales or marketing is highly preferred.

• Proactively identify and connect with potential new clients to build a strong pipeline, leveraging cold calling and networking strategies to increase business opportunities.
• Research client organizations to identify key decision-makers and develop meaningful relationships that align with their needs and objectives.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings between clients and company leaders, ensuring tailored proposals that address specific client concerns and goals.
• Collaborate with the team to craft compelling pitches, and assist in pricing strategies to effectively meet client expectations.
• Skillfully handle objections and negotiate terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while aligning with the client’s image and values.
