The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales professional to provide maternity cover for one of our established Field Sales Managers.

The Patch

You will inherit a portfolio of approximately 120 dealer accounts in an established Field Sales territory. Handover will include in-person introductions to top accounts, structured Account Reviews completed jointly with the existing Field Sales Manager before her leave begins, and full briefing on ongoing campaigns, commitments, and live opportunities.

What will I be doing

Hold the Patch

• Take ownership of approximately 120 dealer accounts during the maternity leave period.

• Maintain the established Account Review cadence

• Manage handover from the returning manager at end of contract — clean notes, clear status, no surprises.

Deliver Commercial Performance

• Deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue targets through package upgrades, feature adoption, and the September/October upsell cycle.

Communicate Value

• Translate platform performance data — leads delivered, conversion, ROI — into commercial conversations dealers can act on.

• Make our value visible in every meeting through performance data, peer benchmarking and feature adoption insights.

• Anchor every Account Review in evidence, not relationship alone.
